1. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the total weight of the items in your shopping cart. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout for your confirmation before payment.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes
We process and ship orders as quickly as we can. The estimated time breakdown is as follows:

Please note: During busy periods, orders are processed in the order they are received, so delivery times may be slightly extended.
3. Where We Ship
We offer worldwide shipping from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses (military postal addresses). We appreciate your understanding.
4. How to Track Your Order
Once your order is packed and ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey online.
5. What If My Package Is Delayed or Lost?
We fully understand how anxious you may feel when waiting for a package. Here’s how we can help:

- Stay in touch with us – If you notice that the tracking status hasn’t updated for a while, please let us know. We’ll check the package status from our side and keep you updated proactively.

- Expedited reshipping option – If your package is indeed delayed and you need the items urgently, please contact us. We’ll assess the situation and, if necessary, resend your order using a faster shipping method at no extra cost.
6. Order Cancellations
If you change your mind, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund as long as it hasn’t entered the processing stage.
