We understand that every pet has their own little personality — sometimes they just don’t love what you carefully picked out for them. That’s okay. We’re here to help.
6-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You have 6 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return
- Clearance/sale items are final sale and non-returnable
Return Shipping
- For returns due to change of mind or your pet not liking the product, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- If we sent the wrong item or the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no extra cost
Refund Process
Contact us with your order number and reason for return → After approval, send the item back → Refund will be processed within 5–14 business days after we receive and inspect the return, and issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used non-food items (chewed toys, soiled bedding, etc.)
- Customized/personalized products
- Clearance/sale items
